We are a SEBI registered Portfolio Manager and seek to build wealth for our clients through a PMS team that is available for individual and corporate clients (both NRIs and Residents). This scheme was started in 2008. Both discretionary and non-discretionary PMS is provided which combines strong investment principles, innovative thinking and incisive research which is best suited to the investors own special needs.

Strategic rather than Tactical Asset allocation methods are generally adopted for managing the corpus.

Investment objectives of the PMS:

• Growth story should be attractive business with long term potential. Normal time horizon for any investment is 3-4 years.
• Decent Management quality with good record on corporate governance/protection of minority interest.
• Need compelling reason to believe rerating of management if a conscious bet is taken.
• Reasonable Valuation in line with the sector & the market.
• Generally avoid short term trading ideas unless compelling reasons to do so.

There is only one general PMS scheme offered to investors with the object of maximizing long term returns. The current investors are encouraged to invest only with long term returns in mind.
